Pleases advice me? I want to open a Private Limited Company (LTD), with the name: Sufficient corp.


the functions and objectives of the company are: General contractor and supplier.


So please, does the name sound ok for the company? If not help me to chose from these two words: Sufficient or forbearing. Or how can I create a name from these two words?I want to open a Private Limited Company (LTD). Pleases advice me?
What does either word (sufficient or forebearing) have to do with your company? It sounds like you're stuck on those words. Even knowing you want to do general contracting and supplying, I don't see any connection to either term you want to use with that type of business.


Why don't you just name your business in accordance to what you do, instead of trying to apply or interject a few seemingly random adjectives into the name?I want to open a Private Limited Company (LTD). Pleases advice me?

In the UK its a doddle.





You need one Director and someone else to be The company secretary.





Download a copy of Form A, articles and memorandums of association. Add the company name and your own, complete the share infomation. Download form 10 and 12 from www.companieshouse.co.uk. complete it. sign everything infront of witnesses. send off 拢20 (might be 拢25) a few days later you are in business.





You could pay a solicitor 拢400 to do the same thing if you want, alternatively email me and I'll do it for a couple of pints of stella
Sufficient is too generic. Try to find a Domain name for your company. Then you know it's not already registered and you might as well get the domain for a website later. If you were in England I'd tell you to look for an acronym that will do as a domain name and get a personalised number plate to match. Like General Supplies Inc - could be GSI 250 - you would probably get that number plate for 拢500 and then get a domain to match!
