Legal Advice to do with bus company ownership.?

A bus company was under the name of one man. Recently, however, a contract was drawn up to where the name of that man was removed and it is now under a different man. With this new recent contract, is it grounds enough to terminate and remove the ex-owner, or is more information needed? The man was a manager at the bus company, and now wants to remove his staff BUT since the new contract now no longer has his name, is it possible to do this? I'd use common sense and say he has no right to even be there since there is a new contract where his name is null and void but I'd rather have some actual legal advice from a lawyer or realtor. Is there a time limit to wait for or does the contract come into effect immediately?

Any help would be great thanks. Legal Advice to do with bus company ownership.?
The answer is complex. If a new contract was drawn up excluding the name of the previous owner; without his permission to do so; then I would say that contract is null and void. You can't legally just exclude him. However if you can legally prove he has no entitlement or deed to the company, then you have a case to argue.
