Advice on pricing for my cleaning company.?

ITS A CLEANING COMPANY.. IF YOU WERE A CUSTOMER WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR AS FAR AS PRICING.. PLEASE BE REALISTIC. WOULD YOU RATHER PAY HOURLY... OR ONE FLAT RATE. IM THINK 150.00 FOR 3 HOURS OF CLEANING AND 15.00 FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL HOUR AFTER THAT... PLEASE GIVE ME IDEA ON WHAT YOU GUYS THINK! SERIIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE. I would rather pay a flat rate, not dependent upon how fast you work. You need to estimate your time and be sure you include the cost of cleaning supplies. You flat rate should be based on zip code (higher prices in the nicer neighborhoods) and also on the square footage or number of rooms.Advice on pricing for my cleaning company.?
I am not sure if this is commercial cleaning or residential, with commercial you may be able to get away with those prices, but for a house cleaning it seems a little steep. In Chicago where I live, three hour job will cost no more than $100. DO some research and call companies like Merry Maids and ask for quotes to see how much they charge- and remember you have to keep in competitive, so the customer will use your services and not theirs.
