They advertised this opening -

Now there they gave a lecture on what the opening is about..the person said its about partnership (we will not be an employee... so no salary... we will be given 50% of the profit but no investment has to e made by us and in case of loss we won't have to bear it.)
They will provide us with the infrastructure...and we should have our own laptop or desktop...
Before telling all these details he narrated us a few stories
In brief he told us that he will be the lion(the boss) and we people will be rabbits working under him. He lastly said those who are interested can come for details n ask questions
Now anybody can tell me what kind of job this may be? What r the risks if any in thisPlz give me ur advice regarding this company?
It's a hard sales (commission based) position. Your job is to sell the product (in this case technological engineering) to those who are interested. One risk is that it could take a lot of effort even for a small amount of sales %26amp; since you really don't know what the profit margin is you don't know whether you're being taken advantage of while the co. rakes in big profits. Another is that if you don't get a certain amount of business to come in, they can cut you loose very quickly. You really are an employee, but they don't want to pay you a salary so they classify you as a ';partner'; or ';consultant';.
