Urgent legal and insurance company advice? uk only plz?

well its a long story so bear with me


my dad is a taxi driver so he took out taxi insurance for 拢600 2 weeks ago. today we recieved the credit card statement and it says as well as the insurance company taking out the 拢600 they have also took out an extra 拢5800!!!


and when we rang them they do not answer and this was at 6 o clock in the evening.


so what do we do?


can we get our money back?


can i sue them?


omg my dad does not even make 拢5000 a year! how can we pay this?

hey i contacted the credit card company and said there is nothing they can do and only the insurance company can refund usUrgent legal and insurance company advice? uk only plz?
don't stress it. ring you credit card company again and tell them that the 拢5800.00 was a payment that was not authorised by yourselves. then tomorrow, ring the insurers and tell them that they have made a mistake and they need to rectify it.

If so the local Police Financial Investigation unit would be interested.
