UK Co-operative company advice?

I am starting a Health %26amp; Beauty supplies company which I wish to run as a co-operative. Does anyone have any advice? I would like to know if there are any orgs that finance co-op start-ups and are there any tax advantages?UK Co-operative company advice?
There are no tax advantages as basically a co-operative is a partnership by any other name - the members of the co-op share in the profits.
