Legal advice: Can a person sue a company because of false advertising in a commercial?

Yes you can but there are somethings you need to be aware of...you need to read any small disclaimers on the commercals and listen to the wording becaseu some false claims can really turn out not to be false by the wording they use...just misleading to the public who views it only in passing and dosen't take in all the information like the small print...so I'd get a consult and make sure you had a case before you did anythingLegal advice: Can a person sue a company because of false advertising in a commercial?

definitely, you just have to prove it and be able to back yourself up if someone objects to what you have to say. the company can also get fined up to millions.
Blatent false advertising that causes a real misrepresentation of the product or harms someone, yes. Otherwise most commercials take great liberties with the truth and that is just expected. You would be hard-pressed to sue and win on that account.
yeah but then they make you show your p u s s y to the judge
Why would you want to? Just don't buy from the company. Stupid sue-happy people.
It depends on what the contract says whether it would be worth it. You need to have proof of loss to you.
Yes. Good luck winning your case though.
Yes, you can sue anyone if you have enough money.

If you can prove that the ad is false, sure. But, can you afford to?
You must prove you were damaged by the allegedly false advertising.
sure. but why?
you sue anyone for anything, its just whether you will win or not, but if its not possible to win, i doubt a lawyer would even take on the case
I believe so, but you might want to conversate with an attorney first to be sure!
You have to have really good proof or a really good lawyer but it can be done
