Advice needed , I need to turn around my company quick?

I am a partner in a custom manufacturing business, we had a bad year last year and it would take a while to recover . We have done a lot of cost cutting , but our bank has us on a short leash, and could pull the plug anytime. we are trying to get some new money in ,as we have a great product and the market is unlimited. Any advice out there ?Advice needed , I need to turn around my company quick?

Check out the book - Guerilla Marketing for Free...it was at my local Library. It has excellent ideas to market/advertise and increase sales without spending a dime.





Consider hiring salespeople on commission only. You don't pay them until after a sale and a real closer can bring in tons of income. Make the commission worthwhile and you'll attract quite a few.....consider offering a percentage of ownership in exchange for money. You work harder when it's yours...

Consider networking with your Chamber of Commerce. Talking to others locally in your situation can lead to fresh insights.
Just heard a speech from my accountant on this very subject. She said that banks used to loan money based on more than the tax statement. She suggested that a good accountant can help you turn the tax statement around and the banks will once again loan money to you.
Friends and family are best source of either debt or equity financing. Get a general manager or consultant on top of the business management problems immediately.
To assist it would be necessary to learn what type of manufacturing you do and your primary market.
